HOW TO FIX SA-MP 0.3x-R1-2 Exception At Address: 0x0040FB80 For Windows 8 32-64 bit users

First of all, The Exception At Address: 0x0040FB80 Problem should be very annoying for all sa-mp users when it's running on Windows 8 32 or 64 bit OS .
Now here the solution, and hope it's work, because it's been worked for me at the last time.

Step 1
You need to change compatibility mode. Just make sure "Run as administrator" is ticked in both samp.exe and gta_sa.exe properties, under compatibility tab , Don't use and ticked "Run this program compatibility mod for". 

If it's still doesn't work for you , you just only untick "Run this program as Administrator" in gta_sa.exe column and test the game.

Step 2

Make sure your gta_sa.exe attribute is not Read-only, if it has ticked on it untick it, it was the reason why The Exception 0x0040FB80 Error Problem was.

Step 3

Remove any mods that you are using, it's probably why the reason of the exception error cause..
